A lifespan of 2-3 times longer than previous assemblies.

Problem:

Thermocouples and thermowells in secondary combustion chamber were failing due to the effects of chlorine and sulfur.

Solution:

Thermo Sensors suggested using a high nickel alloy material for the thermowells and proprietary thermocouples using different construction method.

Result:

The new thermowells and thermocouples are lasting 2-3 times longer than previous assemblies.
